How The Web of Care Works
Connection & Listening
Families and individuals enter through relationship, conversation, gatherings, circles, and community. We slow down to deeply witness what support already exists and where care may need strengthening or activation.
Web Mapping
Families reflect on their ecosystem of care through our Web of Care Mapping Practice.
Participation & Community Activation
Support pathways are strengthened through relationships, circles, gatherings, nourishment, reciprocity, and shared responsibility. Everyone has a role in helping sustain thriving life. Care is not meant to be carried alone.
Shared Care & Restoration
Mothers, babies, fathers, non-birthing partners, families, elders, aunties, and community are woven together through ongoing support and participation. As relationships strengthen, so do the conditions that protect life, postpartum healing, family wellbeing, and future generations.
